Czterech najlepszych z kazdego kraju maja zarezerwowane miejsce i nie trzeba ich zglaszac, wystarczy ze sie zarejestrowaly i sa na liscie. Natomist jesli chodzi o TEAM to tak i decyzja nalezy do Prezesa jakie osoby beda ta Grupe tworzyly.
